Delete your DaFi account

Delete in the app

These steps apply to the optional DaFi account in the free closed test app. When deletion is completed, other devices signed in to the same account are also affected.

1. Open Settings → Planner registration → Account / activation.
2. Select Delete my test account.
3. Re-enter your account password only in the secure field inside the app.
4. Read the explanation and confirm with Permanently delete my account. This cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access it, send a deletion request to info@ferikel.com from the email address registered to your DaFi account. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to this website.

This mailbox is monitored regularly. The request is processed after account ownership is verified. Do not email your password, identity documents, planner contents or backup files.

What is deleted?

The DaFi membership account in Firebase Authentication, including its registered email address and username, is deleted. According to Google, removal of deleted account data from live and backup systems can take up to 180 days. Authentication IP logs may be retained for a few weeks.

Data you manage separately

Deleting your account does not automatically delete planner notes on your device, files you exported or backups in your own Google Drive account. Manage these separately in the app and relevant storage service, including trash, recovery points and archives.

Support correspondence, including account deletion requests, is retained for 1 year after the request is resolved and then deleted. It is used to handle and follow up the request.

There are no real sales in the initial closed test. Deleting an account does not create a Google Play refund request.
