How it works
Handle everyday calculations without leaving your planner. The desktop layout includes memory, grand total, percentage, rounding and decimal controls, with a scientific mode when needed.
Convert units of length, area, volume, weight, temperature and other measurements. Choose the measurement type, then the original and target units, and check the units shown with the result.
Compare the amount-weighted average due dates of invoices and cheque/cash receipts. View totals and the balance difference together, and save the result under a customer name. ADAT requires equal, positive invoice and payment totals. If they differ, add the missing amount with a date you choose.
Reopen calculations you have saved. When adding an ADAT report to a chosen day, suitable extra pages are used without overwriting that day’s existing notes.
Access the calculator, unit converter and ADAT average-maturity tools in Calculations. Enter invoices and cheque/cash receipts for ADAT and add the result to the planner.
The desktop-style calculator has six key columns with MU, M memory, GT, rounding and decimal options. You can switch to scientific mode when needed. ADAT displays the customer name, invoice and receipt totals, and balance difference above the invoice and cheque/cash entries. You can add rows and balance a difference using a date of your choice.
The calculator and ADAT images are illustrative usage examples. Calculations made in the interactive examples below stay on this web page and are not transferred to your planner.
Long calculation reports are placed on suitable extra pages without overwriting existing notes. Local number formatting and two decimals for money are used. Interest calculation is disabled; results do not guarantee accounting, banking or investment validation.
