Accounts are fictional examples. Viewing calendars and exporting tasks are separate operations. Reminders require exporting the task to the device calendar and enabling that app’s notification permission.
The year, month, week and day tabs illustrate CALENDAR. On first use, month and week views include past dates, while year view hides completed three-month periods. Your subsequent preference is saved; past notes are not deleted.

Calendars for task export
Choose to export tasks to up to three device calendars that allow new entries. Viewing a calendar does not automatically send planner tasks to it.
Reminders and permissions
To receive reminder notifications, export the task to the device calendar and enable the relevant calendar and notification permissions. Tasks stored only in the planner do not generate notifications.
You control the records
Deleting a planner task and deleting an external calendar event are separate choices. Deselecting a calendar does not delete records previously created in it.
Steps and details in the app
Yearly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily Plan buttons sit above the calendar. Year view contains 12 month cards in three columns when space permits, or one column on narrow screens or with large text. Month view shows six weeks from Monday to Sunday. Week view aligns entries under seven day columns and can be scrolled horizontally and vertically when needed.

Past notes are not deleted.
Set the task title, description, date and time, then configure its reminder, limited recurrence and end date. Weekly, monthly and yearly recurrence requires an end date. Dates that do not exist are not automatically moved to the last day of the month.
Choose up to three device calendars that allow new entries and export your tasks to them. Google/Outlook calendars are available when accessible through Android. Reminder notifications require task export and notification permission for the relevant calendar app. A task stored only in the planner does not create a system alarm.
Deleting a planner task and deleting an external calendar event are separate choices. External calendar records are not included in deletion by default. Different calendars remain separate data sources even when they belong to the same email account.
View holidays for up to two countries independently of the interface language. National holidays are supported for 11 countries in 2026/2027; regional holidays are excluded. Estimated dates are not shown when China’s official 2027 holiday list has not been verified.
