Your history within reach.

Organise current notes in the active planner and view records from earlier years in yearly archives. The example below shows how the years relate. Usage rights depend on the conditions for each year.

This example illustrates the planned use of the 2027 and 2028 planners. Editing rights depend on validated purchase and license conditions for each year.

Archives and purchase entitlements are separate. Protect important records with independent backups; restoring a purchase alone does not recover notes or audio.

Storage and backup guide ↗
01

On-device storage

Notes are stored on your device. Draft protection is available when editing text, tasks, tables and transcripts.

02

Password-protected recovery backup

Create a password-protected backup with or without audio. A verified safety copy of the current planner is made before restoration.

03

Cloud connection status

Google Drive backup and restore have been verified in a user test. Testing of the current multi-device sync process on real devices is ongoing. Each user authorises their own Drive account; OneDrive and Dropbox are not yet available.

Control sharing and deletion.

Screen and sharing controls

Privacy Mode

Use Android's screen protection when opening sensitive meeting notes. Privacy Mode restricts screenshots and the recent-apps preview; it disables page, selected-area and PDF sharing.

Use screen and sharing restrictions when reviewing meeting notes in a shared space.

Controls screen and sharing restrictions; it does not encrypt all data. External cameras, keyboards and accessibility services may remain outside its scope. Personal backups and audio export remain available.

Against accidental bulk deletion

Protect Page

Protect important pages against accidental whole-page deletion or bulk clearing. Keep taking notes: the pen, eraser and individual note editing remain available.

Protect proposal notes against bulk deletion while continuing to add details.

Blocks bulk deletion and clearing; pen, eraser and individual edits remain available. PIN-confirmed deletion of all device data is outside its scope.

How do I use page protection? ↗

Device capabilities and Android permissions can affect tool behavior. Usage examples are illustrative.

Password-protected backups use AES-GCM encryption; a forgotten backup password cannot be recovered. The planner PIN does not encrypt the local notes database or audio in external folders. A PDF does not replace an editable planner backup.
